What I thought: 11/16/2006 What’s to like? Fruity but pleasant taste, slightly sweet but not overpowering. Really a pleasant aftertaste as well. Goes better with chicken and lighter fair, not quite heavy enough to take the place of a Cab. Let it breathe (thirty minutes) and yes…use stemware. It improves the experience (and you look cooler). Ok, so I liked it. Wonder if I could get my wife to enjoy it, with a friend..? Nah.
