What I thought: I love this wine. Bold yet smooth to the tongue. Complex, not overly fruity with a spicy taste…with a little cinnamon, pepper ?..also a bit smoky, good lingering aftertaste as well. The nose is rich but not overwhelming. Really calls for stemware instead of this tumbler I have out. (It is a clean glass though. I have some class) Why not have this one around all the time.

Displays a rich ruby hue; the aromatics unfold in a fusion of pepper, exotic spices and ripe plum. The robust palate is well balanced with appealing flavors of raspberry, creamy-vanilla, black cherry, ripe plum, and rich spices. The elegant finish is laced with lingering berry-cherry flavors.
