What I thought: Good solid wine yet smooth. Full tasting though a touch fruity to my poor bruised palate. Has a real pleasant looking deep red color. Great presentation. The bottle suggests you chill the wine to 60 degrees. Since I don’t know how to do that unless I turn the AC real low, I opened it up at room temp. Guess there’s a cool wine gadget for temperature control chilling. (To my wife…hint, hint.)

Others say: “Fruit-forward, fresh and pure-tasting, with a gorgeous purity to the raspberry, cherry and red plum flavors. Mineral, graphite and spice on the finish.”

Yeah…very enjoyable wine. (But wait a minute…What is graphite supposed to taste like? Is that a good thing?  Isn’t that a pencil?)
